AGE 3 - Automated Graphitization System

The third generation of the Automated Graphitization Equipment (AGE 3) is the first commercially available compact graphitization system in the world. AGE 3 combines sample combustion and graphite production for AMSin a fast and efficient way.


Organic sample materials are combusted with an elemental analyzer (EA), carbonates are hydrolyzed and sampled with the fully automated Carbonate Handling System (CHS). AGE 3 systems run completely unattended and deliver excellent repeatability due to the high degree of automation.
